Per-case compensation, scaled by AI-assisted throughput. When the AI does most of the work, your reads-per-hour goes up — and so does your hourly take. Specific compensation ranges are shared during the application process.
Based on aRAD per-case compensation at sustained high-volume read rates, compared to published median hourly compensation for subspecialty diagnostic radiology. Actual earnings vary based on volume, accuracy, platform utilization, and study mix.
